Goal · Play all 13 of your cards first.

Card order · 3 is the lowest card, 2 is the highest: 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 J Q K A 2. If two cards have the same rank, the suit decides: ♦ is lowest, then ♣, ♥, ♠.

Plays · A single card, a pair, a triple, or a five-card poker hand. Five-card hands rank from weakest to strongest: straight, flush, full house, four of a kind, straight flush.

Your turn · Play the same number of cards as the last play, but higher. A 9 beats a 7. A pair of kings beats a pair of jacks. Any flush beats any straight. If you can't beat it, or don't want to, pass.

Everyone passes? · The table clears, and whoever played last starts fresh with anything.

Start · Whoever holds the 3♦ opens the match with it. After that, each hand's winner leads the next.

Scoring · When someone runs out of cards they win the hand, and everyone else pays them for every card still in their own hand. Getting caught with 8 or more costs extra. Highest total after 10 hands wins the match.
